"Casa della Nonna" is situated in Villa, just steps away from a characteristic port and 5 minutes from the centre of Gargnano.

"Casa della Nonna" is a three story building. At the the ground level there is a garage which comfortably fits motorcyles and bikes. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen, bathroom and a large living room with a television. On the second floor there are two well-lit bedrooms with bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a splendid view of the mountains in the Alto Garda Park.

Just 10 meters from the house you will find 2 small beaches where you can relax and cool off during the summer months. At a short distance there are also beaches that offer surfing and boating lessons and mountain bike rental. For those that have a passion for walking or biking the house is located near many trails, as well as, tennis courts and golfing greens.
